correct me: but is buffalo wings chicken?

i once had this buffalo wings in fridays and that was the first and only time i had this dish. that was then when malls in batangas city were only numbering to 1. it was great. i mean the dish not the no. of malls 
. however, based on what i remember, it is really chicken wings? if so, why is it called buffalo wings?

Yes, they are actually chicken wings. Buffalo wings are called so because, from what I've read, they were first made (or invented) in Buffalo, New York. They are fried chicken wings coated usually in a spicy sauce.

Yups, buffalo wings are chicken. Chicken wings to be specific. Not the usual chicken recipe because it should be spicy. I mean there should be chili sauce on it. It's just weird that in Fat Boy's pizza, their buffalo wings are just friend chicken wings. Nothing special at all. It's not the buffalo's alas ok? lol!
