Why is the Cost of Fuel Going Up Again When There Is No Shortage of Oil?

Have you noticed that gas is climbing steadily in price again?! It is not just that it is Summer and they are trying to gouge a little extra for those going on vacation. It is the speculators jacking up the price AGAIN! They are pushing up the price even though the oil stock piles are overflowing. They are greedy mealy mouthed jerks. Actually, the price per barrel is not all that high. But the price at the pump is steadily rising thanks to overwhelming greed. This is one more thing that we as a nation need to get control of. We cannot sit back and let these people rip us off. First they put ethanol in our fuel and tell us it is good for the environment, which it is not. It is so much less efficient that we end up burning more fuel than before because of the poor gas mileage. Then we find out that it takes more than a gallon of oil to make a gallon of ethanol. That makes a lot of sense. It would be better to just burn the oil in the car in the first place. Then of course the ethanol ruins the rubber and aluminium in the engine. Thats great too. The corn that should be feeding us and the third world is now going into enthanol. Corn depletes the farmland faster than almost any other crop. So why are we using ethanol? I don't see any benefits. By the way BP does not use ethanol. Back to the point of the rising prices. I think it is time to do something about this. I think boycotting is still a good idea. If everyone picks one station to boycott for one month, it will make a big impression. It may do great damage. Then the next month you pick another one. I await you choices. Shalom~Adoniah
