we know it is very important to build health mood ,what's your view on building health mood ?

I think it is very difficult to keep good mood all the times. Of course, health mood does not mean good mood. But if people want to build health mood, I think the most important thing is that people can control their temper and mood. Pleased, angry, displeased, sad, and so on.

Depression, anxiety and other mood disorders can cause or aggravate almost every area of one's health. Probably the best "cure" is meditation. It also helps a great deal to keep track of things in one's life that bring us gratitude. Laughter is wonderful for health, too.
A healthful attitude works wonders for making the body healthy. I have a number of rather serious medical conditions, and I've developed an attitude (it wasn't easy) that gets me through the worst of it with little or no trouble. It's well worth the hard work at self-improvement.
