Don't you hate those people who always tell you what to do?

Don't you hate those people who always tell you what to do this, to do that? Not that I don't want to take their advises. I know what I am doing, and I knew what is best for me, and I knew how to do it.
At work, there is a co - worker of mine who always tell me what to do. Sometimes, he doesn't even know what I was doing, and try to give me some nonsense instructions. I have to end up "Huh, what are you talking about?" Because he work there longer than me, doesn't mean that I have to obey his order all the time. Just laid - back and let me do my job. Don't ever encounter someone like that?

Absolutely you are right dear that it is not nice to tell people what to do. I worked for someone else once and it was do this do that and I used to think who do you think you are telling me what to do. Then one day I just said it right out, who do you think you are to tell me what to do, I will do what I want. But the person was not nice person who tell me what to do and she tell me not to work for her no more. I think this person was not very nice. Bossy dear, that's the word you should have used.
