Eat All You Can

it is just a simple advertorial that tend to encourage people to come and eat at the restaurants, i do believe that you can't just go into a restaurant and eat everything available except you want to commit suicide so it will be ideal to choose few of such available foods and just pay and walk out of the restaurant

Used to frequent eat all you can high tea when I was younger, and had good appetite.
We always selected high tea, because we could eat treat it as eating for two meals. And we were quite experienced to prepare a good appetite to swallow all the food.
We met at noon, walked everywhere, up and down the stairs for an hour plus, till we were so hungry. Then we took a bus into town. We walked in the air-conditioned shopping mall till it was time to eat.
We asked the waiter to give us a lemon cut into 2 pieces. We squeezed the lemon juice into the iced water.
Whenever we felt full, we washed down the food with the lemon juice, so that we could eat again.
We enjoyed the meal very much, nearly continuous eating from 3 pm to 5 pm.

well, that's the only nature of restaurant that suits me and my friends. we eat a lot and regretted the expenses after wards.but in the eat all you can resto, the payment is really worth it.you can eat everything that you want and that's me and my friends need right now.

Yup. I like eating in Eat-All-You-Can because I have a huge appetite. I always go for salad and pasta.I eat almost everything.

We go to a couple different ones of them around here. I have my favorite foods I always get. I love everyone being able to have so many choices at one price. It makes it easier to make everyone happy and still not spend too much money. We do have an all you can eat pizza buffet here. They have many strange choices as well as the classics. They even have a mac and cheese pizza. Also a buffalo chicken pizza.

I love eating at eat all you can restaurants!:) i try to eat more than our money's worth. these are the times that i don't regret pigging out!:) i do the same, i eat those which are really expensive and those foods which are not so often served at our place.. It's a double treat if my friend's buying lol

I have been to one of these there was a choice of English, Italian, Chinese and Indian foods.
The bonus is that even the kids have such fun trying new things and if you/they don't like them it doesn't matter as if you had chosen a certain style of restaurant.
I don't think any of us really overate but it was lovely to keep nipping back to try a little of something new and the labels and staff who made helpful suggestions especially for the little ones made it a lovely family atmosphere and experience.

all you can eat is great but how much can one person really eat? i was at one of these places not too long ago and this guy was there eating all by himself and he was a very average size man and he ate and ate and ate and ate until i thought he would explode. he must have gone up 6 times and each time his plate was piled high with food.

Yes and it was great. I choose the foods which I'm not familiar with but when most of it are familiar then i will do the same, pick the expensive foods.=D

Yes, and here in America they are call "All You Can Eat" restaurants. "Home Town Buffet" is one of the most famous ones where I live, but those places are not the healthy for people, and the food choices are not always what you expect them to be.
