 When people come to you for advice, do you give good advice or do you just tell them what they want to hear?
I give good advice by being tactful of my words and having sensible judgements, because I don't want to hurt the feelings of other people especially when they are the sensitive type. But sometimes I tell them what they want to hear, when the person don't listen anymore. Being honest in a way that sometimes the truth hurts.

But if he/she does not ask for my advice, i just listen to him/her. There are some people who just want to be heard.

there are some who dont like it but my thing being honest is the best way to be. i see it as if the people who was part of the reason why i am who am today they were honest and straight with me, if they told me what i wanted to hear then i wouldnt be the man i am tday

I use tact and never judge. I end up telling them it is their choice and they have to do what they feel is right for them.
