Why does someone choose to do abortions?

Wether abortions is done on clean or unclean conditions its still KILLING OF THE INNOCENT..they call them unwanted pregnancies forgeting that GOD gives life not humans! so its illegal under any circumstance to procure an abortion.

think what you say is an arguement for the proabortion loby. If a female is that desperate for an abortion, she needs good clean and healthy hospital or clinic. The illegal clinics don't care for their patients, it's just money, money, money. Fob satisfaction doesn't come into it.

Females do abortions because after doing the deed and they found out that they're pregnant, they'll get conscious about other people's views, especially if the female is young and not yet an adult. others do abortions because it'll ruin their so-called perfect body. the rest do abortions because they couldn't stand the responsibility of taking care of the supposed baby.

It's part of life and it's never easy nor beautiful. everything has an ugly side. people will regret those things one way or another.

I think some doctors think they are doing a good service for women. They don't look at unborn children as actual human beings. I don't know how they do it. I just don't see how they could do that job and not be badly affected by it.

I became friends with alot of people who got pregnant outside marriage and choosing abortion is usually something they have thought of. One of my friend explained that the reason why she thought of it the first time she learnt about it is because the father of the child is too young and she thinks she is not that responsible to take care of a child. Alot of people think that since they are not able to take care of themselves its unlikely of them to raise up a child by themselves. Another friend of mine is devastated after she aborted her when she learnt about it a like 2 days after. She dreamt of a career and the father as well was not around to support her not just financially but emotionally.

There are alot of things that causes one to choose abortion. And I am really saddened with that kind of choice but there are just some things in life that we cannot do something about. For me, I try my best to be there for my friends who get into these kinds of situation so even if the father is not around I am there to support them and choose the right thing.

I was once pregnant and I was young then but I never thought of aborting my child because I know God would not like that and of course this is my own child. If something happens to it, I will be the one who will be devastated and will forever be sad.

Women get abortions for various reasons....personal reasons. Most don't go thru with it without giving it an awful lot of thought. Most don't do it thoughtlessly and without suffering some guilt. They may be very very young and not have the means to support a child and especially if the father is not in the picture. They may be on drugs and/or alcohol and also not have any means of supporting or caring for a child. I know adoption is an option and often a defense thrown out there by those against abortion but ya know....there are so so many children now needing families. What are the odds that there are couples out there willing to adopt the baby of a mother who is a crack addict? What kind of life would these kids have? Have you ever walked through a ward where babies of addicts are born? you should. It isn't a pretty thing. And I guarantee you that if abortion were suddenly made illegal...these women would most surely find a way of getting them. It would open the market right back up for the underground abortions that took place back in the 60's and before.
