Do you stand still and strike a pose when you're being recorded?

Hey mod,
Yes definately i like to pose infront of camera. Whenever we friends go to some picnic or some outings then we always pose and do funny things.
Its not fun doing it standing still. Atleast to me, and all my prankster friends .

I wouldn't strike a pose in front of a video camera, lol, but most likely run away if the video camera was an unexpected surprise. Now though there are so many cameras that you can't tell whether one is video taping or just snapping a picture, especially when flash isn't needed. lol.

If I can't sneak out of the way before the film starts rolling, I probably tend more to over-react. Watching me open (another) candle at Christmas probably comes across as if I was given a car. If the video is supposed to look romantic...well, I can't talk about that here. They should be getting their camera back from having the melted computer chips replaced anytime now....

Yes I have! You'd think the person behind the cam would tell you it's video right? but no they let you continue standing there like an idiot but all in good fun. I videoed at my sister's Bar-B-Q and had to tell my nephew to move because he thought it was a still. Amazing how we pose for a still.. vanity? lol

nope.I don't stand still.I just wave at the camera and say hi.I don't understand why people will stand still while video recording.it is supposed to capture a happening movement,not a still photo.

I only have few photos here and dont never had tried posing for a video recording lol well I just wonder how that one would actually feel I am too camera shy have to admit that my friend. now stick a pose lol

I stand still. I get nervous on camera. I sometimes run away from them. Besides, you always have to be care what you do and say on camera.

I don’t know about posing but I definitely feel very self conscious and I can’t act naturally, so I guess you could call it a kind of posing. I hate it and I hate watching myself once I’ve been recorded too; I’m like that with photos as well!

whoah! i really hate to be recorded and whenever i see someone recording us with me in it. i rather hide away. anyways, i hate posing because i am not that beautiful and wonderfully built that's why i rather hide and disappear from such embarrassment. lol! well i just dont like it though. lol!

when i know that it is a video recording then i usually wave on cam and give my smile...and if its in an occasion...i usually sends my greeting...
but i remember one time doing that...its actually a group shot...i thought its not a video record so i just stand still, strike a pose and say cheese! and when i saw it on video...hehehe looks like...
