Are you beautiful?or handsome?

I think handsome person always have a great look. The dress code they have make them feel they are handsome. Beauty is different from handsome in my opinion because beauty is dintinguished into two - internal and external. Handsome man is having good height, normal weight, cleanly saved,proper haircut and having good looking face. Handsome woman is slim, long hair, long eye-lash, small lips etc., and having great style of walk.

Can i say i am beautiful, because i have a beautiful face, big eyes, thin eye brows kissable lips, long hair, small but have a sexy body, white skin complexion, and well groomed, have a long fingernails.

Beautiful girls here in our country for me is have long black hair tiny eyes white skin at least 5'7 in height and of course have a kind heart.
Handsome men like me ehem... usually have a black hair white skin 5'10 in height brown eyes and renponsible in every task, obligation that he has^_^

I feel beauty is most pronounced when a person is very happy and peaceful inside..this transfers to your face.
The eyes hold a lot of beauty and I love to look at a person's eyes.
I feel I am most beautiful on the days when I am grateful for all I have.

I think beautiful women is supposed to have great face, average body, perfect skin without any flaws, tall. Handsome men should have strong figure, tall and short hair.

The old saying: "Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder" is very true. There is no general rule that applies, and different people will be seen a different way by whosoever is looking at them.

Twenty years ago I had a Dutch girlfriend who told me: "You're not handsome, but you're interesting - you've got a great mind". I did not take that as a compliment. My wife, whom I met in 2001, thinks that I am handsome - I personally do not think that I have got better as I have got older, the reverse in fact.

Very much a question of "the eye of the beholder"!

but for me...i think a beautiful woman is the one who can carry herself with full confidence no matter how she looks...its personality that counts more for me...

The perception of different people really varies a lot. One may judge beauty in different from the other. Its all depend upon the individuals. The definition of beauty of yours coincides to some extent with my definition. So you need not bother about it.

I think I'm fairly good looking, although not by mainstream standards in my country.

in my country most peoples ideals are skinny, tanned, blonde and rather false looking.

I dye my blonde hair black, have very pale skin (which isn't natural to me, I stay out of the sun to make it this way) and I'm quite curvy (by curvy I don't mean overweight. I mean I go in and out a lot. small waist, fair sized boobs and bottom. chunky thighs)

as I say, I think I'm reasonably good looking.



in men, I prefer men to be a bit more feminine looking. slender, slightly dainty, and pretty rather than handsome.

Jeeze. Everyone is beautiful, so I don't understand why you even started this discussion. There are so many different tastes and preferences on this earth, so there's at least one person who thinks that you are the most beautiful person theyve ever laid their eyes on.
Beauty lies in the eye of the beholder. Surely someone who gazes upon you will find you handsome.
If we talk about "true" beauty I believe that it lies in the spirit of a person. Someone who respects themself, are proud of themself and stays true to themself is a truly beautiful person. Unfortunately they seem to be a rarity these days. The world is filled with too many narrow minded people who would do anything for a dollar and who'd rather marry a "good looking" wining girl than their "less handsome" soul mate.
