Things come in three's |

Just heard that Micheal Jackson died, had a heart attack and was in a coma! At only age 50. Not a big fan of his, but that's the 3rd this week. Farrah Fawcett lost her battle with cancer, and Ed McMahon also passed away. Were you a fan of any of these?

2. katsmeow1213 (4933) | 7 months ago | I'm really too young to be a fan of any of theirs, I was born in the 80's. Not sure I'm even sad about Michael... he was just creepy towards the end.

3. tyc415 (4493) | 7 months ago | I was not a fan of Michael but did like some of their songs when it was the Jackson Five but putting that aside it is still so sad. Ed McMahon, he was a TV icon with Johnny Carson. He did live a long life but will still be missed. Farrah, now that is closer to home since she was a hometown girl. For those interested tonight on ABC there will be an hour long special at 8 central time about Michael and one at 9 about Farrah. May they all RIP and prayers to their families.

palonghorn (3741) | 7 months ago | I didn't realize how old Ed McMahon was, and yes, she was a hometown girl from Corpus. She was actually the babysitter for a guy I when to high school with when he was just a small kid. I guess the next to go will be Patrick, he is really looking bad.

4. ElicBxn (15613) | 7 months ago | without a doubt, Ed McMahon was the least objectionable of the trio, Farrah was all right, but Jacko - well, its sad that he do so many things to himself...
Not to say there wasn't a lot of talent in Michael Jackson, but it rather made him crazy
I loved his vids, back in the 1980's, but really, when he was a cute little kid was when he first showed his true talent
I am, probably like most people, surprised by his sudden death, but really, so you really want to remember him as an old man or would you remember him as the talented super star?
I'll mourn for Ed McMahon, but honestly, I'm glad Jacko isn't around to make a laughing stock of himself any more.

5. bdugas (2477) | 7 months ago | Taking them out kind of fast I think, 2 in one day, they lived hard and a lot of drama in Michael Jackson's life. I watched him grow and become what he was. I know he done a lot of good, by donating to different charities. But I believe that he had a problem with sleeping with these young boys. There is no grown man that sleeps with a 10 year old. He had some good music, I loved the thriller song, but really didn't pay much attention to him after that unless it was something you seen about him on TV like when he married Lisa Presley. Farrah Fawcett, I loved her, she was beautiful, she was a fighter and was so sad to hear that she died. especially since Ryan was getting ready to marry her, she finally said yes. Doesn't matter they was together for so long. I wondered if her son got to be there with her, if they brought him from jail. Shows that not only poor people's children are involved in drugs. I am sure they did all they could to try and help him. As for McMann he was not a favorite of mine. Really didn't watch Johnny Carson so didn't care much for either. Not that I had anything against him and his death is still sad, just we all have a favorite. And don't forget Carradine who died what a couple weeks ago that 4 within a month.

bdugas (2477) | 7 months ago | Thank you for the best response. It is so sad to see what they are doing with Jackson, I believe they should have a private funeral and be done with it, instead of taking him to Neverland and laying him out for all to view. Death in the family to me is a private thing. I know his fans want a last look at him, but seriously do you think laying him out to look at is the right thing to do, but then maybe if it comes back he died from overdose it could show what happens to you when you use drugs. He had a life of living hell from what I can guess. Such a shame to lose a person so talented in such a way.
