rejoice with me; i passed the tests!!

[b]Some of you know I've been struggling to find some sort of at-home work to get out of debt & be able to pay rising costs (rent, food, etc.). Well, TODAY, I finally got tested by "N.T.I.," (National Telecommuting Institute). This was no small feat, as my home computer could not handle the tests; it just wasn't S.O.T.A. enough! I had to make a special trip to the D.A.R.S. office, who'll be paying for my training (thank you, fellow taxpayers!). This is literally a happy answer to many prayers.
Long story short, I will now be trained to work online & over the phone to take catalog orders from callers, or something similar. I could never do sales, so I'm ultra-pleased I don't have to call anyone to push unwanted items down their throats.
Judging from the tests, this is basically an easy job, & I'll be able to meet my financial goals despite my handicaps.
YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYY!! I'm LOL HAPPY! I'm going to be a solid, working, productive taxpayer again!

Thank you very much. Now how did I miss that post? I could go through VESID (Vocational/Educational, etc. it's an office for people with disabilities or going through rehab because something happened). Thank you very, very much. Again, very happy for you.

[b]Thank you! I hope so too! As for hiring other workers, see my first post about Googling up National Telecommuting Institute! You may have to see some sort of job counselor to recommend you (i.e., I did, & I don't know if they take people "cold," but it's certainly worth a try!).
All I can say is go for it. If they can't, I'll bet they know someplace you can! Please let me know how it goes! All the very best to you!

Congartulations Maggiepie! I'm ashamed to admit that I didn't even know you were going down this path in the first place, but your excitement and enthusiasm for the future is certainly infectious! I wish you every success with your new venture!

Wow!!!!!! :):):) Somehow I missed this discussion earlier, but really had to come and say " congratulations! "
Those are really great news and I'm glad to hear them. So how is it going? Are you still in training or started working already? How do you like it?
A pity I can't find anything like that here in Canada, I would take it right away.

[b]Sigh...would you believe, about one hour ago, I got a form letter from them telling me they had better-qualified people, & thus didn't choose me after all? 
But, all isn't really lost; I still have another iron in the fire. A woman interviewed me a few days ago for a job, & she asked me to call her if NTI fell through.
