I think this idea came out of the dominating nature of men. I believe love is the most important factor and not height. What is your opinion about this?

Maybe it's different in India, but in the US I would say short guys are normally pretty proud if they can marry a taller girl. I suppose some men wouldn't want to look small standing next to their wives, especially if a man average height is considering marrying an unusually tall girl, but many wouldn't care at all. | |

They compramised on various factors such as education, wealth, and job to get this guy.
