who will win the world cup?

Espana the world no 1 team is gonna win FIFA 2010 worldcup..
David Villa will be scoring more goals and cristiano Ronaldo will be the leading scorer in this worldcup...portugal will be the runners this time..

I think Spain mut be favourites. I live in Spain, so I'm expecting loads of fiestas and fireworks. When Spain are playing in major tournaments, all the bars put televisions in the streets, so you can't avoid football. Good job I like it! If England carry on playing the way they have in the qualifiers, I think they have a good chance of making it to the later stages, and even an outside chance of winning. That's probably wishful thinking, though, as I'm English by birth.

I think Brazil is still the favoutite. Although they are not having as much stars as 2006, Dunga trained them to act more effectively and improved their defense.

Spain is another good team that have great chance to win. they are well organized and having lots of good players.

Right now is too early to start talking about it. But if you look at the current set of teams, the main contenders would have to be Brazil, Argentina and Spain. Teams like England, Italy would dark horses and of course Team USA could script one of those big runs like what they just did in the Confederations cup.

If we go by the FIFA rankings then Spain is the hot favourite to win the next year world cup. They are a very good side specially the players like Torres, Villa, Iniesta, Fabregas, Xavi etc. Apart from that Brazil also have a very good chance after winning the confed cup.
The Dutch have a very good side specially with the likes of Van Vaart, Robben, Van Persie, Nistelrooy, Sneijder etc.
Even the England team also have big names. For me these are the clear favourites. Also some teams like Germany, Portugal, Italy, Argentina and US can prove themselves. So anyways it is going to be a mind blowing world cup.

well i believe brazil is the #1 team cuz they have played yesterday brazil against usa and brazil would have won 4 to 2 but the refs didnt count the fourth one lucio scored 1 and i forgot the other guys name that scored 2 goals for brazil but yes brazil won the 2009 south africa cup this year.....................

It's not so easy to predict the country that will win South Africa 2010 football world cup competition. However, I have a word of caution for those who are quick to tip both Brazil and Spain. Brazil did win this year's Confederations Cup needing some luck to achieve the feat. Spain was disgraced by the USA team. Italy was put to shame by the Pharaohs of Egypt. Those who are tipping certain teams ahead of others should prepare themselves for shocks next year for we haven't seen anything yet!
