Hello mylotters!!! My computer is of 1gb ram intel board 3.06 celeron processor
My pc takes about more than 45 minutes to burn a dvd of 4.7 gb completly. While in my friend's computer having less ram and less processor take about 15 minutes to do this job. And it takes more than 15 minutes to copy files in pendrive. Its much faster in my other friends computer. And when i listen to songs and install any program simultaniously, computer becomes too slow. I can see frames moving in my computer. And sound comes with break too.
What might be my computer's problem? plz i need help...

12. prajnith (445) | 6 months ago | since you mentioned that from the beginning your system is slow.. its either problem with your motherboard data transfer or your bios is miss configured..
so if you have not tuneup your bios for some particular settings.. then i recommend you do a bios reset.. this is simple procedure..
as soon as you press the power button, start tapping delete button, in some case its F2 .. just confirm that..
after pressing delete you will enter into bios setup, now you might find exit at the top.. just scroll to it and now in exit menu you will find something like load bios default or load optimal default or load custom default.. if any of these are available just hit that and then press F10 or save changes and then reboot.. now boot your system and check if the problem is solved.. its better to reinstall whole windows after bios reset and verify if its proper..
if this doesn't solve your problem then its problem with your motherboard bus controller and also check if all the bus's are connected properly from your motherboard to Hard-disk and DVD Write..

16. crazynified (176) | 6 months ago | How bout available space left in the hard disk? Been fragmenting lately? I'm not sure but my old laptop had really small amount of free space in the C drive, it takes the longest time to even close certain programs I opened before like Word! And I couldn't even figure out what was clogging most of the space after cleaning up and everything, the free space was still really little, like a few gigs.

19. chertsy (2617) | 6 months ago | Hum, that's a interesting question. You might need to clean out your computer, you be amazed what's still on there. You might have to go through each file and manually delete things. It also depends on what you have on your computer, such as pictures, games, etc. Your friend might not have that much on their computer compared to yours, which makes theirs faster. If you have a lot on yours, maybe investing in a 3 or 4 gb, and a higher processor, which makes a huge difference. You can also add more memory. That's about all I can think of that would help make your computer go faster.

| 20. Techman64bt (11) | 6 months ago | The DVD drive write rate might have been lowered in the application's settings, the flash drive might be old. After approximately 1 million writes to each transistor, the transistors start to loose the ability to hold data.
