Wha you use to cover yourself when you sleep? A bed-sheet? A blanket or nothing?

well, i only use a blanket or bedsheet if it is cold, otherwise i am very comfortable without covering myself. somehow, covering myself makes me feel suffocated and covering the face is a strict no for me. unless, it is extreme cold, i would prefer not to cover the face. even if i do it, i remove it without my conscience in the middle of the sleep. looking at people asleep is a nice thing to do. they look so innocent and cute.

30 degrees? thats alot! we have the best weather here at the equator..we normaly have highs of 25 and lows of 10 during the day& at night they can get as high as 18(it rarely happens) with lows of upto 0! so im always comfortable sleeping silent& lengthy..

I am the same way I can't sleep unless I have something over me. If it is really hot then I will just pull a sheet up over me but in the winter I have a couple blankets and a comforter I get cold really easily and I have a hard time warming up when I do get to cold.

I always have to have something cover me. I dont know why but I feel weird if nothing is on me. If its hot I try to just bear with it. I will stick my feet out from under the covers and that will help if im hot. I dont cover my head but I prefer to lay on my stomach.

we are the same. I must have my comforter (even at high degree of heat) to cover myself to sleep. Now, I share my comforter with my baby girl who sleeps just next to me.

I have a baby pink blanket that I have been using since I was a kid, I need it to sleep with me every night, otherwise, I feel uncomfortable and weird. And I use bed sheet and thick blanket as well in the winter because it is extremely cold where I live. I mostly only use my baby bloanket when it is summer, if I turn on the air conditioner, I need to use another blanket as well..

I use a light blanket winter or summer...I can't stand to get hot while I sleep...Sometimes I don't even use a blanket or anything...

i use a blanket in the winter, and a sheet in the summer, i can t sleep if i don t have anything to cover me.
in the winter is very cold here, and i am sue that everybody use 2 or 3 blankets, and if they have air conditioned in the summer they must to use something, in the summer. is more comfortable.

Given the difference in temperature between summer and winter here, and the effects of my advancing age and the health problems I had last year, it very much depends.

A duvet in winter. In summer often nothing, or a thin sheet. We usually have a fan on in the heat of summer, which does make it seem colder, so something is recommended.

i have a thick blanket under which i do wrap myself, its very cold down here in johannesburg and only God knows when the winter will end so that i can stop wearing clothes when i sleep, sometimes when i feel warm i remove the thick blanket only to feel cold again and then i have to pull it on my body again
