Would you accept a dinner invitation from the president?

I wouldn't decline, because I would look extremely bad if I did. But of course I'd be extremely nervous, to be having dinner with this guy that has such power and responsibility.

have i read it right? from the PRESIDENT? u must be kidding, are'nt you? hehe

well really, i will accept it. its such a great honor for me to have a dinner date i mean dinner invitation coming from the president.
and surely i will get nervous and will ran out of words to say. and for that i get the chance to ask him, 'what is happening to our country?' 'are you really doing your job?' LOL

If ever the president of the united states would be out of his mind and invite me to a dinner with him, I would grab the opportunity to see the white house and all its glory. It would be a once in a lifetime experience to walk by the president, much more having a sumptuous dinner with him. But that is only an illusion because I know that I am not worthy. Yet, it can be possible in my dreams. I would not feel nervous but happy!

Well that sounds odd to me. The president of the United States of America will not invite a person for dinner not unless the president knows the person or a political person in acquaintance. However if that will happen to me, (which more likely impossible) I will accept the dinner invitation in the White House. I will might feel a little nervous at first as I really don't know what will happen next and I am not close to the prseident as well so it might be a little uncomfortable. I wouldn't decline the offer as its like once-in-a-lifetime chance, I would be able to see the very luxurious plates and utensils with gold accents which has been a controversy.

I would accept the offer--I'd be a fool not to. I'm curious about the Obamas, and I've never been in the White House. Actually, I'd love to meet Michelle. I think she has a lot of spunk, and I really admire that. Being a chick, I would panic for just a moment. Why? I don't have a thing to wear!;-)

Yes, I would!! I would love to have dinner with Obama. Cmon how cool would that be>? This is the very FIRST election I have voted for...Obamas the reason. I think not only is Obama smart, intellegent, but he also has a great sense of humor, a good personality, and a caring heart. It would probabaly be the most unnerving experience of my life, but i'll be waiting for his call!
