Great griling recipes for Chicken

Hi klw5ooo, I would marinate the chicken in crushed garlic, freshly squeezed lemon, black pepper and virgin olive oil before grilling it. Another good one is to marinate it in greek yogurt with crushed garlic and grated cucumber and chopped mint leaves, this is the basic recipe for a tzatiki dip, make enough of the dip to pile on your crusty bread as well. I prefer the chicken in pieces on skewers with little veggies in between, such as onions, mushrooms and chopped peppers.

marinade 1: coriander leaves/roots,minced garlic, basil, ginger,chili, soy sauce, fish sauce, olive oil and brown sugar

marinade 2: lemon, garlic, pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce sprite and olive oil

I like my grilled chicken with papaya salad or fresh salad with cucumber!

I loved grilling chicken and I try my best to go for very different recipes every time I think of making it at home. One such recipe i tried recently is a Thai style grilled chicken and believe me it was just amazing. The recipe is very simple and guess what, this grilled chicken is great fr the bbq parties too...
