I think eating vegetables is a very very good habit...I eat vegetables daily...I am a non-veg person but now a days I feel that being vegetarian is always good...I have not switched over to veg food though but I eat vegetables daily...It keeps me fit.

We try to eat vegetables at least once a day. I usually make some type of vegetable with supper. We've been buying more fruits too. I also like the buy the v8 v-fusion drinks. Every cup of that you drink is a serving of fruits and vegetables. I love that because my kids like to drink it too. So if there is a night where I'm making something quick like Mac N cheese, then I can give them a cup of that to balance it out a little.

eating vegetables is really a good habit, however i dont adopt it...the fact is veges are a rich source of vitamins, minerals, calcium, iron and magnesium... eating vegetables must be given a high priority and this must be imbibed especially in young and growing children...

I believe in eating healthy everyday.eating healthy means eating a balanced and nutritious meal.I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables.I eat a lot of seafood.I also drink milk.I stay away from meat and junk food.

Hello joezon50 this is checkmail and yes we must have to eat vegetables everyday as it keeps our stomach clean frmo sticky food substances.It keeps our body healthier by providing it with proteins required and also cleanses the body.Mostly i would prefer green leafy vegetables boiled or even raw for eating.Its really beneficial for our health.

I believe eating vegetables is healthy since there's lot ot vitamins and nutrients in it. but I'm not a good vegetables-eater,,haha.. you know, there's no time to cook or too busy so I often eat fasfood or the vegetables portion is less than meat portion.. I know it's not healthy, but what's the solution then? Furthermore, vegetables nowadays are poluted with pesticides and other chemicals polution. So some of my family member try and recommended me to try vegetables supplements (because that's easier and faster way to get vegetables nutrients),,hehe.. I don't know supplements better than real vegetable or not..

yes in fact i rarely eat meat. I eat veggies and fruits all the time. i think that they are way better for you and people should eat more instead of all these meats and starches that we tend to eat these days.

Hi JOezon, we try to include vegetables in our meals. So usually for lunch and dinner, there would be at least a dish of vegetables - it is either salad, stirfried vegetables or in soup.

I like veggies very much. I let my body say what is right or wrong and I´m not thinking all the time on what is healthy but rather I think of what I like.
For me, eating is a ritual and beauty has a part on it. Veggies, with their beautiful and different colours, make a good addition to the table.
Yesterday I had an aunt for lunch. She is very old and food does not appeal to her anymore. But I made a greek salad for starters (making some allowances for her stomach) and she found it delicious.
I like to mix veggies from different colours and sometimes add olives or cheese for the special touch.

yes i like to have vegetables more than non-veg. its not becoz it is nutritious from childhood i like to have vegetables...my husband likes potato alot.. if i prepared potato everyday he will be happy... i am not particular.... i like all the vegetables...

Wherever I go, if I can help it, I'd take at least one dish of vegetables in my meal. If I take three dishes, then two will be vegetables, and one meat. I'm not hooked to vegetables, but I believe eating lots of fibre is good for the body, and I think that's why I've quite good skin and my body immunity is good. I'm not boasting, but if you eat vegetables since you're young, your body would be able to resist some illnesses (e.g.: common flu) better.
