Birth Certificates and Health Care

So, there are tons of information and opinions flying around the internet about the missing birth certificate, and the pros and cons of this proposed Health Care plan. What is your opinion on these two things. If there is no birth certificate, will that put a BIG hold on the health care? What about the other bills he's signed with the bailout money and such...would all those be brought into question if he loses his white house status? And who would be president? Would Joe Biden take over? Or would the election be nullified?? Looking forward to reading your responses!

Despite the rantings of the poster above, it will take quite a bit of time for the Obama citizenship issue to be resolved because the courts have no power when it comes to unseating a president. Impeachment hearings would have to be held in the House...that takes time...and, if they vote to impeach, forwarded on to the Senate for a trial. If Obama is guilty he would most likely resign at that point and, yes, Joe Biden would become the president and appoint someone to replace him as V.P. The bailout money can't be "ungiven", I do know that, but other legislation could become invalid if he signed it. There is nothing in the Constitution that permits an election to be nullified even if it was won by fraud.

"I suppose your in favor of Obama's universal health care bill he is promoting himself saying he has not read it,very odd wanting something not even knowing what it even contains. Very irresponsible and carless in my opinion." First of all, NOBODY should be carless, I think we need a universal CAR bill ASAP...lol! Seriously, of course he hasn't read it, the bill isn't close to being in its final form yet, it's still being worked on and debated in several committees! I think it's irresponsible for everyone to speak out for or against something when it hasn't yet even been written in its completion. Annie

"Interesting that you know that beings it has never every happen before,I would think a election stole by fraud like the 2008 election would go to whom it was stole from." Yes, it is interesting that I know what's in the Constitution...why don't you? Think...dream...all you like Rose but show me where in the Constitution the invalidation of an election is addressed. It's not in there because that does not happen. Once an election is over and someone is sworn in as President, that's it...he's the President and the runner up has no rights to anything. The ONLY recourse is for the impeachment of the president if he committed a crime and, if he's proven to not be a natural born citizen, there would be several that he could be charged with. Unfortunately, the 25th. Amendment does not say that the runner up in the last election becomes the President, it says that the Vice President takes that office and, if he is unable to serve, it goes farther down the line of the current administration. McCain is out of it. "Far as people having no insurance my own daughter has no insurance it has nothing to do with me having lack of compassion the bottom line people have to be willing to sacrifice for things they need and have to have and toss their I want list in the trash can." Is that why your daughter has no insurance, because she wastes money on junk and is not willing to sacrifice? "Last Halloween 3 billion in Halloween crap was bought by Americans in the United States," "yet many of these same people cry I'm to poor to buy some health insurance what a bunch of bull crap,Americans are the worse wasters in all the world." Have you priced private health insurance at all, Rose? I did last night and the costs for the premiums were high, the deductables were high, the prescription coverage was crap. Why don't you give it a try yourself before you judge others? Make up a family of 3, two adults in their 30s, non-smokers and one child and see how expensive it is and what little you get for that monthly payment? "I'm not in favor of rationing medical care such as Canada and the UK has which is a dam mess with people dieing on long waiting list and other being told they can not have medical treatment they need." You're mixing apples and oranges, Rose. We're not talking about the same system that Canada and the UK have as far as I know but you insist on keeping your eyes closed. "I suppose your in favor of Obama's universal health care bill he is promoting himself saying he has not read it,very odd wanting something not even knowing what it even contains. Very irresponsible and carless in my opinion." The plan is still being developed so I haven't seen an actual bill to be for or against. I will tell you this though. Down here in Florida we have state funded homeowner's insurance for folks who can't get private coverage. Do you have a problem with government funded homeowner's insurance, too? My rental is covered under that because the company that covers my house didn't want to cover the other one. Without the state coverage I would be at the financial mercy of every big storm that comes through my state when it comes to the rental. My investment would have no protection at all.

Well with the Birth Certificate thing I wish Obama would just put an end to the whole discussion, I didn't think there was any case at first but it does seem fishy to me now after looking over the case and I know from working on my husband's ancestry that Kenya doesn't have birth records (that I can find, if you know how please let me know) and there are questions. Really I don't think Obama is going anywhere for the next three and a half years. As for the health care plan I hope they kill that thing. I don't have health care and that's by choice to save me some money because I'm young and I have good doctors who don't charge me too much so I don't need it. I don't believe I should get free health care... their are programs that cover people and in New York that is the problem... too many people getting medicaid who shouldn't be who work under the table or just under the number of hours so they can still get all the free stuff and get by on working as little as possible to get by. Not saying everyone is in the catagory however from where I live most of them. I don't know if by some way Obama can't rightfully be president who would take the presidency... but again highly doubt that would happen. If someone else came into power I don't know if they could claw back the bailout money that hasn't been paid or not.
