After the Security Forum attended by US top diplomat Hillary Clinton failed to encourage North Korea to return to the six-party talks, the US is looking at North Korea with exasperation. How can it be enticed to denuclearize? How can it be convinced to stop its nuclear weapon? If you were a US diplomat, how will you do it?

I don't think if North Korea, resume to six-party talks. The only way to encourage them is China. Why they don't talk with China? The problem is that China and Russia, has no aim to encourage North Korea. It seems that they don't want to stabilize the Korean peninsula and the Asian Region... These two countries aims only a wealth of this country not for the purpose of helping people their in the North. They don't see how people live with misery. People their is not move freely and their freedom is suppresses. How it can be educated those leaders that have no conscience on what is happening on the people. They see but they are blind. They heard but they are dumb....

Diplomany will never prevent North Korea from joining the nuclear club, nor will it prevent them from using nukes once they have them.

Unfortunately, North Korea is ruled by a very physically and mentally ill leader who has complete control. Enticing him to do anything would be wrong, in my opinion, because that would only serve to increase his bloated ego, making him even more dangerous and less likely to be cooperative. Economic sanctions, blockades, the threat of the loss of North Korea's current allies, and finally, the threat of complete annihilation by multiple countries simultaneously are all ways to motivate rogue leader. North Korea's apparently new friendship with Bruma is another reason why they need to return to the table. What would I do if I were Secretary of State? Continue to increase the pressure on North Korea with the assistance of it's allies.
