what do u do when on the bus?

Whilst I am on the bus I play with my daughter which is something i do all the time anyway lol. I am always playing with her and making her feel happy and i dont see why I should stop that because I am on a bus! I do get some strange looks at times and I just say to the people that are giving me the looks that my daughter deserves stimulation and if they dont like it then dont watch. I have been thrown off a bus not long ago as my daughter was laughing (she is only 13 months old) and somebody asked me to keep the noise down. I said to the woman if you cannot appreciate a childs laughter then there is something worng with you, she went and spoke to the driver and the driver stopped and shouted at me to get off the bus, I was so embarresed as the bus was full and I couldnt for the life of me see what I had done so wrong!

Hello, I usually listen to FM radio or mp3 songs while traveling on a bus. If I am going on a long route on an intercity bus, which involves an overnight journey, I usually sleep with the music on till midnight or so.While taking a bus back from work, it is good to listen to music...cheers..

I rarely travel by bus. Last time it was on my school trip. Sleeping is the best! save my energy when the bus arrive. Beside sleeping, I usually enjoy the scenery outside the window, either it's a beautiful scenery or crowded, I like to watch people and think 'where will that people go? why he looks sad? why this person loks so busy? what's his job?' etc..that's my strange hobby. Then I like to have a chat with people who sit beside me. it's nice to have conversation, maybe I have something new to learn^^,,but of course I'll consider that person's looks too. If he/she has a dangerous look I'll change my seat.
I don't really like listening music during travel because it makes me not aware about the situation in bus..

I listen to my Mp4 in the bus, actually I can also watch a movie through that Mp4 so I listen to either music or watch a movie however ther are time whenI do not wish to do anything but just look around and admire the beauty of nature and to imagine myself in many places like that.

I rarely travel by bus, but when I do, I am prepared - I generally carry a newspaper or a magazine or a book. I also carry a n MP4 player that can display text and I have transferred some books onto it.

I love reading and hence carry something or the other as mantioned above to keep my mind busy while I tarvel on a bus.

Bus trips don't take that long in my city so usually I just listen to my ipod. Sometimes I play the French language games and programmes I installed onto my ipod as its an ipod touch.

Other times I just think about what im about to do once I reach my destination. Yes im one of those people that thinks about every possible outcome before I actually go anywhere or do anything.

I also people watch and make up little stories about passengers and their lives.

If its a journey take several hours I usually take a nap....or listen to the music played on the bus....all the long journey bus has music players in them....apart from that If the route I am traveling is new to me...I try to notice some landmarks so that next time I travel it is familiar to me and that I can help others to find a place.

Well, I take advantage of as my time to take a nap. I usually fall asleep when I am on the bus.

because i like walking so for short distance i usually walk. so if i take a bus it usually is a long distance trip.

for killing the time i always have my mp3 on. my mp3 not only has music, also has english study profile and radio functions. so i would no feel bored when i'm on bus.

also some times i choose to read book or magazine. it's not very comfortable. however when the traffic jam happens it's really useful to have a book around you.

sometimes local people are curious they would talk with me. so i can practice english with them.

If I travel with my friends or relatives, I kill the time by talking with them about anything. But when I travel alone, I put on my headset and listen to music. It relaxes me along the way. I also bring with me my ipod most of the time. I watch movies when I'm bored and that includes the time I'm on a bus...
