 I know that alot of the people on mylot use paypal,so please advise.Iv been receiving this e-mail from "paypal".Saying that my paypal acc is "suspended", which its not because I can still access it. They say I should "confirm" my acc by filing out this page that i must download.Now when I open up this page,they ask me for My credit card no,my expiry date,my csc (cvc no), and Guess WHAT?? MY ATM PIN CODE ...
Now, Im not that STUPID and NAIVE, you don't EVER give out these details ...EVER!!
I just want to WARN you guys,if you receive an e-mail from "services", saying its from paypal and you need to verify your acc, PLEASE DON'T, Im PRETTY SURE,POSITIVE ITS FRAUD!!! Firstly, when paypal sends me e-mails,They use my name. This e-mail does'nt. And the page it takes you too looks like paypal,but its NOt because EVERYTIME i get directed to my paypal acc I get asked to LOG in,and enter my password.Guys, Please just be WARE and DON't GIVE OUT ANY OF YOUR CARD DETAILS O THE NET. ALL anyone need to use your credit card,is your card no, csc no and expiry date.And its gone.Please make OTHER PAYPAL USERS aware!!

I guess the best thing to do about these Paypal-related scams is to check if what they are saying is true. If they say your account is suspended then you should definitely try to log in to your account. Cheers~

4.  kissos (120) | 5 months ago |  I received such an e-mail in the past and I forwarded to paypal at once. It is better to inform paypal about that. Never click any links in these kind of fraud e-mails. Always open a new page of paypal.com and login to your account.

I always receive a mail saying that I won on an online lotto draw and they are asking for the details like you said. I am sick of them.. I wanna get rid of them already..

| 7. homeshoppers (1136) | 5 months ago |  not good at all.. i have problem with paypal also.. before my acct was not verified and im in badly need of money.. then we heard about paypal as everybody was talking about it. and so we try it since customer service said that i can receive money even if my acct is unverified though they didnt point out that i cant withdraw if its not verified.. so i received the money through paypal and there you go i can withdraw coz i need to verify first.. it took me 3 weeks before i transfer the money to my bank and after 1 month im glad it reach to my bank acct.. so sad... i guess receiving money using paypal isnt avdisable unless its for payout like payout from your online earnings..

| CynergyDiva (138) | 5 months ago |  I recently had an issue with PayPal where someone tried to pay themselves 500$ My account was suspended and what a hassle getting it all sorted out. I had to close the bank account associated with my paypal and open a new one. I haven't attacched it to paypal yet, as I'm still kinda gun shy.
I've also gotten some of those "phishy" emails and I have sent them to Paypal. They ask that if you get any suspicious emails, to send them right away to their investigation dept.
