I am going to type from the letter from my cardiologist. Congress is currently debating the issue of national healthcare and a national healthcare policy. WHAT YOU DON'T KNOW HOWEVER IS THAT THE CENTER FOR MEDICARE AND MEDICAID SERVICES HAS PROPOSED A NEW PAYMENT FEE SCHEDULE FOR PHYSICIANS FOR THE YEAR 2010 WHICH WILL BECOME LAW ON 01-01-10. IN THIS NEW PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE , CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES HAVE BEEN TARGETED FOR MARKED REDUCTIONS AS THE PROCEDURES ACCOUNT FOR MANY OF THE TOP REIMBURSEMENTs TO PHYSICIANS IN THE MEDICARE ARENA. THE PROPOSED RULE HAS THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS; A 25-42% REDUCTION IN ALL CARDIOVASCULAR SERVICES INCLUDING CARDIOLOGY CONSULTATIONS, CARDIAC CATHETERIZATIONS, STENT DEPLOYMENT, ECHOCARDIOGRAMS AND STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAMS AMONGST OTHERS. ECHOCARDIOGRAMS AND STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAMS IN PARTICULAR HAVE BEEN TARGETED FOR 42% REDUCTIONS IN THE CURRENT REIMBURSEMENT RATES. Reductions of this magnitude will lead to a drastic reduction in the availability of these tests to medicare recipenets as we simply will not be able to even meet our over head expenses. In fact, reductions of this magnitude will almost certainly lead to the closure of many cardiology practices in the United states. The letter goes on to say that if you feel that cardiovascular services have benefited you or your family members or friends or will potentially benefit you in the future and if you feel that availability of local cardiovascular services and care in the your area would also be of benefit,I would like to ask you to write to your congressmen as well as the centers of medicare and medicaid services expressing concern that reductions of the magnitude could lead to difficulty accessing cardiovascular care and potentially the loss of such care locally. There is some urgency to this request as the final judgment is to be made at the end of August 2009---this year !!!! this month !!!!!!! Now I have Montana's senators and Congressman's address as well as medicare and medicaids address , so I can only give you medicares address. Let me know if you want it. I just don't the addresses for your state senators and congressmen. I feel this a matter you and I personally should write letters for. I have written all mine today.

thats it. He is to be a natural Citizen born in the states. HE wont show his birthcert. Like all presidents before him also not shown school records as some reports that he came to this county on a school exchange and his Grand ma says he was born in Kenya Africa! ANd so far all I have seen him do is bow to a prince snub the Queen and apolzise from every thing under the sun . WE want our country to stay OUR country for all freemen and women and not have it changed in ways it looks like he is tring to Change it.
