What is the best way of get rid of belly fat for a woman?

we all have that problem area!
To burn fat and tone the abdomnal muscles I recommend crunches, leg lifts, chineese thinker sits (what we called them in cross, imagine holding a semi-sit up position back straight elbows on the ground hands together). Just remember the abdomnal muscles adjust to stress quickly, so do these only two to three days a week, maybe focus on doing some lunges to tone those glutes and thighs on the days... but sometimes i do sit ups when im not lazy to do it! hehehe

to get rid of the belly fat, it is better not to use chicken, mutton, beef etc. Walk briskly minimum half and hour daily without fail. Reduce the use of rice. You can see the results within one month. Dont forget to weigh before starting and after one month of this exercise. You can feel the results. This is not only for women, it is applicable for men also.

I don't eat any of those things and my belly still has fat on it. I don't walk much unless I'm actually going somewhere. But I do go running. Although, I can tell running doesn't burn off a belly since a lot of people in the running group have at least little bellies.

cardio!!!
I'm so surprised nobody mentioned cardio. Cardio is the way to burn the most fat. Strength training burns fat longer. Ab work makes your core stronger making both your cardio and your strength training more effective. All three are essential for that great toned body.
You can't spot train your body. You can't pick where your body will burn the fat. No matter what gimicks you read or how much research you do, you must do all three consistently and eat less calories than you burn. I noticed that my body loses where it gained first LAST.
I had 30 lbs to lose, I still have 10 to go. I STILL have the belly fat. My body has chosen to hold onto the belly fat until last, my guess is because that's what I really want gone.
