Do you like going to the museum?

i love visiting museums. i like anything to do with history and i often visit a museum if i happen to be in the area. the best museum i visited is the Imperial War Museum in Waterloo, London. it has realistic trenches from the first world war with lighting effects that seem like grenades going overhead. it covers almost every war and i spent seven hours in there looking at displays and reading documents etc.

Unfortunately, I have not been able to go to many museums. Just one, which was a cultural museum a few years ago. But they did not feature many cultures, so I was kind of disappointed. I think the type of museums I would like to go to would be cultural, historicale, and art museums. I did not know there were garden museums. That sounds interesting.

You know it depends fro museum...some i found a bit boring some others should e interesting for me too!!
May be some good museums where there are famous artists of the past or ven the natural and historical in many cases are really ok!!I guess that sometimes when i come to a big cities which it is new for me i can visit some interesting museum as well!!

I have visited many museums in my own country and in other countries. I especially like open air museums and museums about art or history. Around christmas time one of the open air museums in my country is open late at night. I went there one year and it was a great experience. The museum is like a old village with lots of small streets, and there was no electric light. There was a special atmoshere in the village, everything was so peaceful and quiet, and I will never forget the experience. I have also visited many other interesting museums, and I think it is great way to learn something new.

I love going to museum's and one of my daughters also enjoys this so when ever we get a chance to get together we usually go and visit one.

It's been quite a while since I've been to a museum but when I do go, I prefer the museums of natural history. The historical museums of courthouses and communities doesn't interest me me much but natural history of biology is fascinating!

I enjoying going to museums. I especially like going to art museums. I also love viewing old artifacts and sculptures. Its just frustrating that their are few art museums here in my place. How I wish that there was a Art and Science museum here, I would surely be a regular visitor there.
