It is not a fear of Obama, it is a good healthy fear of government. The last and current adminsitrations have blatently exposed the statist and owellian direction our government has taken. I think people are waking up to this and they are waking up good and pisssed. We have two starkly different men, from two parties, yet each has done more than their fair share of power consolidation. I believe as people more and more realize how different the two men and the two parties really AREN'T, you are going to see more and more of this "fear". I prefer however to look at it as an awakening and an anger rather than a fear. Anger over being duped and fooled election after election. Rage over being betrayed by parties they thought represented them.

IT is not Obama that scares people. It is Pelosi and Reid who head up congress. To be honest most of congress scares the you know hwat out of me. They vote on bills without reading them. They are spending recklessly. They are being extremely secretive. HOlding closed door meetings. Most us don't even have a change to read a bill before it is passed. THey are completely leaving the american public out of the process. That scares me. They don't care what we think, they don't want our imput. Obama does not get to write the laws. He can only sign them or vote them once congress has passed them. SO the poeple really in the drivers seat are congress. ANd I don't care the way they drive.

It has a lot to do with the amount of money that is being spent. and also some of the things that are being done that the government should not be doing. It is supposed to be less government not more. They are trying to control everything like the banking system, the auto industry, and now health care. The constitution was put in place so this kind of things did not happen, and right now i feel that it is being trampled on.

Trampled? I feel like I have been drop kicked, dragged through the mud and made to go nine rounds with Mike Tyson.
