Energy I mean none... I feel like my arms are to heavy to lift, I get dizzy alot when I stand up to quick, want to sleep as much as possible. I go to the grocer and drag myself there and back. I'm 5/3 and weigh 115 lbs I went to the gyno and have fibroids but I don't think that would make me tired, having a hysterectomy in 2 weeks. I hope that somehow helps. I don't know what to do, it interfears eith everything. I feel so lazy my house hasn't been really cleaned in a while the guilt drives me crazy. Any ideas???

Hi dasiejanie, it sounds as though you have some of the symptoms of depression which could be exacerbated by worry about your upcoming hysterectomy. It may be worth looking into if you don't have more energy when you have recovered from that, but wanting to sleep all the time is a classic sign. Hope that you are feeling better soon.

Hi dasiejanie, I don't know anything about chronic fatigue syndrome I'm afraid. All I can advise if just don't give in to the urge to go back to bed when you feel tired, make yourself stay up once you wake up and get up and do one thing, then take a break with some water, and keep on like that. If you can get yourself into a really regular sleeping pattern it may help a lot.

Something isn't right. Have you had a complete workup with your primary care physician? The dizziness could relate to low blood pressure or any number of things. Talk to your doctor about this when you go in for your presurgical visit. Good luck, and keep us posted.

Hi dasiejanie, The only suggestion that I have is that you see a doctor for a check up. Blessings.

It could be the hystorectomy situation. Perhaps that will help when you are done with that surgery. If not you might think about diet or chronic fatigue syndrome. It could even be as simple as an iron level.... After surgery I would sure pursue it if when it's done you don't feel any better.

hey there. It sucks that you have no energy. Has anyone suggested it may be something neurological?
