1.  OpinionatedLady (632) | 4 months ago |  Oh dreams can be shared. To be an archaeologist has been my dream since I was a small child and first saw an Indiana Jones movie...lol... I know that is not how it really is but the dream never left. I am slowly but surly obtaining a degree in history online and plan to go more strictly when my kids are all out of the house or a bit more able to do their school work with out me.

Its such an exciting profession that there is so much to be discovered and learnt. Let me know if I could join a course (online) which could help me become an archeologist.

Archeologist is a very exiciting work to do and if got a chance then surely want to try this occupation as its so differnt from other jobs. Its an interesting task and to reveal the secrets of the earlier or past world with u as one of the few first people to know it before the world. Ha... the feeling makes me go creepy and feel great.

The privelege to be among the first to unearth a lost civilization, or the ruins of a cemetry, or to find a unique dinosaur neve seen or heard of beforeare just beathtaking. Egypt still has, I believe, many unfinished businesses. One could be walking over an empire which could even show signs of alien presence. Who knows? That's what archeology is all about. | |
