Can you name a few books that influenced your life?  

I like Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad so much but I'm still unable to finish it. However, the book is so powerful that it stays in my mind everyday. I believe the book is really a strong encouragement specially for those who are striving to hit a pot of gold and I'm one of them

The book that influenced my life to a great extent is the Bible. The Bible which is the Word of God is truly alive and powerful. It has the power to transform a sinner like me into the family of God. Wow, I am just overwhelmed, knowing that a holy God can love a wretched and poor sinner like me.

On the distaff side, I changed my attitude when I learned about money, finances, and business from the books of Robert Kiyosaki: Rich Dad, Poor Dad. I am now reading a lot of business books.

I like memoirs. One of my most favorite, off-beat memoir was "Wasted: a memoir of Anorexia & Bulimia" by Marya Hornbaucher really has been helping me battle through some of my own inner demons. It's such a good, and relat-able memoir; and I would suggest anyone who has "dabbled" in eating disorders to check it out. Otherwise, I love memoirs. Whenever I read anyone's memoir or a fiction book that is arranged/written LIKE a memoir; if it's well-written, it pretty much changes my life. lol.

Hi vijayanths, My life has been greatly influenced by books that I have read as well. The Bible has always been interesting to me and I've received a lot of help from it. Other books include Dale Carnegie's How to win friends and influence people, Norman Vincent Peale's The power of positive thinking. In more recent years the has been the writings of Neale Donald Walsch and Eckhart Tolle to name a few. Blessings.

As of now the books that influenced my life are the books of Robert Kiyosake and T. Harv Eker. It is about financial education , about what we think of money. How it change our thoughts and believes. It helps me to change my thoughts and believe that everyone can be wealthy. It gives me hope of getting rich. It really influenced me. But the learning will be put into waste if I will not put it into action. I am doing my best to apply it with my life.
