My friend died yesterday because of Lupus

Wow, that is truly unfortunate, and my condolences to you, her friends, and her family. I had heard of "lupus" but I don't know exactly what it is or how you go about getting it. But you're right - everything happens for a reason; and obviously God had bigger plans for her.

I'm sorry to hear that, what happened to your friend is same with my sister 2 years ago, she died. Most people who infected by lupus are womens. I know this disease can't be cured. Only with corticosteroid drugs given during his life. Can not escape from drugs during life. That's very fightening disease.

To put it simply, Lupus is like Rheumatoid Arthritis, but it affects organs not joints, which is why it can be fatal. Some years ago, Lupus was always terminal, although with early diagnosis there are treatments which can ensure you die with Lupus rather than from it. The difficulty is, Lupus mimics other conditions, so it may take years to get a diagnosis, by which time there could be irreperable damage to the organs.

How do I know so much about it? I was diagnosed with it 12 years ago. Although it places limits on what I can do, I lead a good life, and I try not to let the Lupus take over. My condolences on your loss.

I am sorry to hear that .I heard one of Chinese superstar who want cure lupus,at last she become so poor that can not afford herself .

so sorry that you lost your friend, i too lost a dear internet friend this year of the same illness, she had been suffering for many years and put up a brave fight, she is missed by everyone because she was a true lady with alot of courage and strength, she never once complained. i do miss her alot.
