I write from observed facts and experience. Now, may be you would like to tell me where you were when Sarah Palin was bashed by republicans from McCain's gang to so-called "conservative" radio talk hosts.

Than provide proof of these "facts".

What world do you live in? Do you not listen to news and read newspapers? Where were you when republicans from McCain's gang to loud-mouthed republican radio talk hosts criticized this woman, demeaned her and referred to Palin as country bumpkin? Hmmm.

What proof are you looking for Task? You are republican and ought to know some basic things about the republican party. The republican party has a history of being very intolerant of others they do not consider their equals, vicious and often without rationale when the assume their honor is at stake and barbaric which they somehow believe is their only method of achieving their goals!

Oh, I forgot: I also heard the conservative analyst refer to Palin as a country bumpkin and allege that's probably why she is not liked. I heard that comment early this week on conservative AM 740's morning news!

Video, audio, an article by a reputable news source. Just show me SOMETHING that proves ANY conservatives have treated Sarah Palin half as badly as democrats. Show me somewhere that a conservative has joked about Sarah Palin's teenage daughter being "knocked up" by a 30 year old on the highlight reels of a baseball game. The disgusting attacks by the left are well documented and if you'd like I can provide dozens of thorough and valid sources to prove my claims.

You and Netsbridge however, are completely incapable of providing one iota of proof. the only thing that proves to me that you have absolutely none.

Taskr, I never mentioned degree of mistreatment of Sarah Palin. I simply stated that the woman was also badly treated by republicans. You could not have been in this country and not have heard everything that I and everyone heard regarding Sarah Palin from democrats as well as republicans! I'm glad to know you see it that way, Carson11. But from what I saw and see, most republicans turned their backs to the lady. Did you know that her appearance to honor Ronald Reagan was canceled?

And down here in Houston, Texas, we even have loud-mouthed republican radio talk hosts such as Michael Berry begging people for input on how to improve Sarah Palin's image!

I need to call that talk show then. I think she needs to get rid of the wink-winks and the "you betchas" and learn more about the world.

I never said she was perfect,but she is loved by Rush Limbaugh,Sean Hannity and Mark Levin. The MSM has always bashed her since day one.I think that has influenced alot of people. Look what the MSM did to Newt.

Netsbridge, nobody stopped her appearance at the Reagan event. She never comitted to it and didn't go. They certainly wanted her there and many expected her to make it. But please, don't let facts get in the way of your ranting.

Taskr36, you have it wrong! I heard Michael Reagan (whom I like) on Dennis Miller days before or after Sarah Palin's resignation say that Palin would not be at conference honoring his father. I think the reason was because it was governor Sarah Palin not Ms. Sarah Palin who had been scheduled for the event!

Netsbridge, you really need to learn to research your claims before making a fool of yourself. It's so easy to do with the internet and yet you don't even try.

Task, I don't know where you got that clip from, but I also heard Michael Reagan tell one radio talk host on Houston AM 950 that Sarah Palin will not be spokesperson for the honor ceremony (and that was after the host asked Reagan if Palin will still be speaking at the ceremony). I think it went the other way: When palin was informed that she will no longer be spokesperson, I think it was then that she made her decision as alleged by her representative.

I, too, like Michael Reagan. I think he's a decent guy.

If that's true Eaugustine, then go ahead and show me proof, or some sort of evidence that they prevented her from speaking there as opposed to her choosing not to appear. As you can see I easily provided proof to back up my claims. Somehow those arguing with me are fully incapable of doing the same.

I thought I already told you that republicans and democrats are simply the two sides of the same coin! You go figure!

In a recent Fox News poll where respondents were asked what they think Palin should do next "homemaker" received the most total votes and the most from Democrats and independents but it was the second choice of Republicans. Remember, this is a FOX NEWS poll so it has to be accurate, right? According to that almost as many from the right want her "barefoot in the kitchen" as from the left and center. I haven't personally heard or seen of anyone saying she should crawl in a hole and die.

Task, do you mean to tell me that you did not hear the republicans criticize Sarah Palin? I remember the critic from the McCain people making news on several conservative radio talks after teh presidential election. I could you have missed that? The other day I even remember reading a post by a Houston radio talk host asking for tips on how to help improve Mrs Palin's image! Do you think a conservative talk host would be asking such a question if he/she did not believe Mrs. Palin is in trouble?

Anyway, there have been negative critics about Sarah Palin from both the democrats and republicans. You must be living in a very different world not to have taken note!

Then why can't anyone show me these attacks or tell me exactly who made them? Who and where are these supposed republicans who attacked her children and said she should be barefoot in the kitchen the way democrats have? I know that you're referring to these supposed "unnamed sources in the McCain campaign", but nobody has been able to prove these people exist and every NAMED person in the McCain campaign has said those claims are utter and complete garbage.

Taskr36, I already told you that republicans, like democrats, criticized this woman. I already told you that the McCain gang criticized her following the election as did several republicans including "conservative" radio talk hosts! I even add a discussion on one conservative radio talk site and had some conservatives attack me for sympathizing with Sarah Palin! The site eventually deleted several discussions they thought had very truthful and logical criticism about the republicans.

I know you're vigorously typing, but you still have yet to provide an ounce of proof. Frankly, you're making my argument for me through your own incompetence.

You know Annie, the problem with Netsbridge is that he's lying and claiming that republicans have somehow been guilty of all these viscous attacks on her. It's not even about who adores her or not. It's about whether conservatives have viciously attacked her when we both know they haven't. Anyone can dislike or disagree with a person without being vicious or hateful.

I honestly know of nobody who is "afraid" of Sarah Palin unless she somehow managed to get put into a position of national power. Now, THAT would be scary but I give the American people enough credit to not let that happen.
