Its been so long that I have gone for jogging. Its almost 15 yrs the last I jogged.I used to jog for almost an hour then. But I have discontinued it & now I am thinking of going again. What about you? Are you into the habit of walking or jogging? Since how many years you are doing this?

Yes I did this when i felt i wasn't healthy enough. Now the system has changed i feel this can be done in our homes by an alternative,so I started work outs,by physical exercises that involves push ups, pull ups(not much around 6),then sit ups and downs, you can see I don't do this always. I also wanna continue like you,but time doesn't permit me,since I classes of my college from early morning i.e 8 and till 6,this keeps me involved there. But i support this habit, continue and tell us know about the progress or changes that you feel.

I agree to you tintukm, there are so many alternatives where you can make your blood circulation and other than you can increase you body formation with those physical exercise that you have mentioned. By the way, nowadays I just go push up because I want to build up my upper torso for the reason it is more good when it is build and a pure muscle. Then like my response due to overloaded schedule I just done it when I have time. By the way, As I remember when you have a physical exercise like that you must also try to have first a good diet.

It sure take a lot of time, but once we dedicate ourselves nothing's gonna come in the way.Good luck Jon for your new upcoming muscles tone them to your desire and be much more healthier than you were at any time. A good diet with lots of calories is a must before going for the workouts, even doctors prescribe the right amount of food, you may also have an advice from them.

Hello krupesh, No, I am not in the habit of walking or jogging. But I love walking. I just can't find to jog or to walk since of busy schedule. But when my schedule have changed, I have the chance to walk every morning. From the train to my office. But it is just a quick walk, just around 5 minutes. but at least, I have the chance to walk, not like before when me and my husband goes to work together, he would drop me off to my office. have fun posting!

I haven't been in the habit of jogging but I would really love to start jogging soon since I am not getting older and I know that I have to maintain my health. Unfortunately, our place is not a good place to jog in so I will have to look for a small gym where I can have my workouts. I walk a block to ride to my office once in a while and that I think is the only exercise I am getting for now

I used to do a lot of exercise before and that includes walking and jogging. But just a few years back, I got so busy with work that I do not have the time to jog anymore. I really would like to jog again. Perhaps its just a matter of time management. Hopefully, I will be able to do it again and hope to do it consistently.

When I'm not busy. My work as a mother taking care of all things inside the house from waking up early in the morning until sunset is too tiring. Thinking of what my children foods to bring for lunch in school, what they gonna wear everyday aside from their uniform, and also my husband's needs. After doing all of these, I have my church activities at night. And i have my Med Trans lessons. But during summer we always go for jogging every morning with our friends!

Hello krupesh, good day to you.... I think 15 years with out jogging was really was a long time. Where you just relaxing your feet. But I think even though you stop jogged from that specif years it is still good because no matter what happen your feet still doing it's job that's why you still use and stretch by simply walking. But if you still continue your jogged, I'm sure the blood circulation in your body will became more good and your stamina will be increase. Which will be causes for you to enhance more your job or what I mean is your daily activity. Well me? I'm just like you krupesh? I also jogged for a long time, but now I no longer jogged because of my school days. As early in the morning I just open my note book and review my notes because now in my year here in college I just focus on my study because of overloaded schedule. But If I have a time especially when saturday and sunday, I can say that I can able to jogged but it only takes 10 minutes because now in my year here in college I just focus on my study because of overloaded schedule. But If I have a time especially when saturday and sunday, I can say that I can able to jogged but it only takes 10 minutes because too long of it will affect my task manager. Everyday, I have a tasks manager because it will helps me a lot to save more to regarding to my activity. Well, that's all my response!ΓΌ

I don't have a habit of jogging but I have a habit of walking because everyday I go to work and go home on foot. It spends me about half an hour so that it won't be tiring. I regard it as my daily exercise. I love China

I don't jog. I have never really jogged unless you count Physical Education class in school where we were forced to jog. The only walking I really do is when I go to the store and walk around or when I go to the zoo or museum with my kids.

Oh Lord, I'm always going back and forth between exercise and taking breaks from it. From a far it appears that I just have this love-hate relationship with it but no, I really enjoy it but I think its so easy to get distracted with other things. Especially if your like me who likes to do 15 things at a time which is next to impossible. I am excited right now because Fall is around the corner and I always look forward to it, particularly Fall and Spring, their like changing of the guards and time for renewal so you picked a perfect time to start back! My favorite part of walking in the fall is the cool quiet nights right before dark are soo quite compared to the summer and its just so peaceful and perfect for reflection. Thats a goal of mine too to start walking daily since I got used to going to the gym but it really is not the same. The downside of jogging on a treadmill is that your body can get used to it and if you want to transition to a hard surface your knees are really going to feel it. A mistake Im trying to correct and walking outside daily hopefully will get me back to that and I will be free to jog whenever I want and not be reliant on a treadmill, the gym is not always open (at least not MINE) and its good if you can work around limitations.
