do you always have bad mood...after waking up every morning or a nap?

these days, every morning, when i get up, i feel no excitement or happiness, but confusion. because i'm thinking a lot abt the future, while still no resolution. so the above mentioned condition happened.
still thinking how i can reach the goal, how to live a meaningful life, how ...

i dont think so. my life is routine. i wake up, feed the cat, make coffee, eat something, go to the gym, take a shower, go on the computer, etc.

no, i am single with male cat, seeking online writing jobs on the internet and trying to build my writing sites.

I don't nap mostly but if i did when i get up i prefer to have peace all around me and if not i get irretated and upset for the sounds that r caused and u r sleep gets spoilt.

If I wake up by myself, i will feel very good, since i have had a good rest and regained the energy. In case i am waking up by some noise, i will be mad.

Yes i have a bad mood when i get bad dreams.Sometimes i get up so frustrated in the morning not knowing what to do.It happens when i set my alarm clock and it doesn't ring in the morning.I always try to calm myself by reading the bible or looking at nature outside my window.Sometimes i wake up with confidence when my day has gone night has gone good and think of my next day's activities.
