Hey there Ganesh44 I put a steering wheel cover on my car steering wheel and for a while it slipped a bit but has settled down now and I have got used to it. I would bare with it a little longer if you can as I am sure you will get used to it and it will settle down the more you use it because in the long run it will protect your keyboard.

I have done both. I think it depends on the cover. I don't have one on now. My keyboard is really dirty. I use the spray cleaners to get the dust, etc off. I really need to do a better cleaning on it tho.

Keyboard covers have always been a little poor and I would not consider using them. I appreciate the value of keeping the keyboard clean, but the covers never seem to fit snugly so you simply end up with a keyboard that is less comfortable to use. Considering the low cost of a keyboard then I do not consider the inconvenience of a cover to be worthwhile.

I don't use a cover, I tried one once on someone else's computer and couldn't type properly. I just drink only water and coffee at my desk (non-sticky) and vacuum it every so often. I fit a cardboard funnel with a tiny end over the hose of my vacuum and it does a great job!

Ohh i hate a keyboard cover, its very irritating and its very much in the way of typing any way. I personally hate the keyboard cover. So what the keys get over, i think cleaning it regularly for 5 mins is much better than having a keyboard cover. In that way no irritation and no blockage in the way of tpying also. Anyways nice discussion and happy mylotting buddy

no, I just leave my keyboard pushed in under the desk so the desk acts as a keyboard cover - have I mentioned I'm short and have small hands????

Hi Ganesh,For me, Keyboard cover is definitely a source of irritation. I feel so uncomfortable while typing with keyboard cover. I never use keyboard cover as i feel it even hides my keyboard beauty. So my keyboard is "cover - free"Have a nice time!

I don't use a keyboard cover, much for the same reason. I've never found one that works really well. Granted, I haven't looked very much, but I still don't put much faith in them. It sounds like you just need to get a different one that works a little better. Is that one made specifically for your keyboard? If not, it could be made for a keyboard of a different size or something like that. It could solve your problems to get a different cover.
