Brischole, that is meat stuffed and rolled with other meat and filling and then slow cooked in sauce. I miss my Step-pop.

Calzone. Filled with mushrooms, mozzarella and ham.

i looove lasagna. really do. since i m a vegetarian, i love spinach lasagna. but i have had it only once in my lifetime. the next time i went to that restaurant, they took the item off the menu. that was a blow. wish i cud get it somewhere here...

My favorite is Chicken Parmesan, then Lasagna and then Spaghetti. I make a mean Chicken parmesan!

Oh, the best to eat, and it is the public favorite, has been you said, pasta is the world's famous and very delicious, very good, I love to eat. There are ice cream. Italy's most famous dessert is ice cream, ice cream and whiskey ice cream which is the most popular flavors.

I don't have a #1, there are to many number 1's! But I learned to make Gnocchi ( it's a small potato pasta, easy to make and very tasty! I top them off with a homemade pesto sauce, and of course top that with Parmesan cheese! Garlic bread and a good salad. A bottle of Merlot! can't beat it! tdemex
