If you bought a defective product, will you return it?

More often than not, yes, I will return the item and at the very least, ask for an exchange. The way I look at it, I spent the money on the product, I expect it to work when I get it home.

For me, it depends on where I bought it. If I bought it in small boutique, I usually won't, because the owners are always good at quarrel and finally I will be angrier. But I seldom do shopping there, because I know where they purchase those low-quality goods. And they never give you a receipt, too. So it's really hard.

But if I bought it from shopping mall or outlets, I will do, also it seldom happens. But as you see, the reason I buy one thing is I want it and like it. So if in this case, usually, I will just request to change one instead of return.

In another word, to return is always hard and impossible here. If you make it, it usually takes you a lot of time and energy. So I usually don't do this to avoid troubles.

yes, i will return it. they should be aware of that ... who knows, all other items in the store might also be defective and others might also be able to buy it.

even in restaurants, if i notice that something i ate seems to be stale or bad, i tell the waiter so that they will be aware of it. i have done this in the past and the waiter replaced my food.

I would more then likely return it. Espically if it was an expensive item. We work hard for our money, so if I am spending a lot of money on a brand new product, I expect it to be perfect. I wouldn't be rude, but I would tell the shop that the item wasn't what I wanted in retrospect of it being damaged in some way. I don't see anything wrong with taking something back if it is defective.

yes, if i bought a defective product, i will definitely return it. i paid good money for that so it's only fair that they sell me a good product. and also, some stores accept returns and they make it easier for the customers who want to return or exchange any defective product. just make sure you kept the receipts so that it would be a lot easier and faster for you to exchange an item.

Me I will return it what I know are all stores has numbers of days to be given in replacement of their product if you noticed that there is a defect it's your right to return it and 100% they will replace it.

Definitely, I will return it. Because I'm buying it to have a new one and a good product and not a defective one, right. Definitely, I should ask for a replacement. I haven't experience buying something that has a defective...maybe soon I will experience it...Have a wonderful day...

I would most definitely bring it back to the store immediately after I realize something is wrong with the product I bought, because I did not pay money to use a defective product. It would be in everyone's benefit to return the item, because for you, you will most likely receive an exchange on the same item (except it hopefully won't be a defect this time), and the managers of the store will keep track and have a record of how many defective products they have for consumer and marketing purposes. It really doesn't do anyone any harm to return the product, so in my opinion, why not do so?

Hello Buchi_bulla. I think that I will surely take it back to the shop where I bought it. I won't be happy if I have got something defective. I am sure that the shop assistant will let me have a change since it is not a perfect product I have paid for.
