What did you notice recently in life and lived it?

I have been seeing all kinds of sunsets and the smells around me. The food people are cooking on the grill or in there homes. It seems kind of peaceful lately and I like that. The grass is green still and it is getting cooler here which is nice as I don't like heat. I try to live most days as if I won't be here the next. But then I can't afford that. Never mind the critics, which coffee was it ?And tell me where the pink grasshopper is i must see it. Frankly, i've been noticing a lot of things in the recent past Mimpi and they are the simplest of things which i've either payed attention to or shut myself off to. Whether it's the dewdrops on the leaves, the ladybird, the colour of the sunsets, and especially the sounds in the quitness of the night. Not everything sleeps and there have been some very new sounds i've heard recently. Insect, rodent or animal, I'm out to discover it. And the best of it, I got wet in the rain a few days back, and I can't really describe how good that felt.

A pink grasshopper? Sounds like a cocktail! I've noticed that simple things like rain is far more beautiful and beneficial than I ever realised when I used to see it often. It's been a year now since I've seen rain and I can't believe how much I miss it. I even get melancholic when I see it on TV!

I was going to take a little trip, heading out tomorrow and I noticed there was no reason why not to head out today instead, so I'm packing...back in a few days. I gotta go commune with the ocean for a while :-)

Well, though I live every moment out of my life, sometimes I forget what for I am living. May be the pink grasshopper you heard of comes to me and says, you are living because life is beautiful.

It is so hard to find someone who could really understand you, someone who could accept and love you in any way. On the other hand, I just realize why rich tycoons and bigtime businessmen often read newspapers. They are not actually reading the contents of the entire broadsheet. They are observing the way stock market flows for that day.

The new thing that has come into my life is the eight months old daughter of the Nepali watch man of our apartments. He is residing with his wife and his baby in the room we have provided. This beautiful thing coos, smiles and tries to talk to me whenever I go down to take my car out and makes me to spend some time with her. I bought her some beautiful dresses and when I asked her to be brought up to my apartment and gave her the doll I bought for her she got afraid of the baby doll and started crying. It was a wonderful sight to see her face becoming the color of the Kashmir apples instantly. This morning I have seen her with this doll after sleeping with it overnight. Every time I see this beautiful baby I wonder what the future has in store for her. She is the beautiful thing that has happened to me recently. You can see this girl with my sister in law who has come from France recently.

i did notice the avatar change yesterday but sort of forgot to comment on it,BETTER LATE THAN NEVER,its a nice one and as for the coffee,i would prefer any brand in the morning otherwise i am sure my eyes wont open since i sleep at 12-1 in the midnight,so getting up is a big problem.

Hi dear! In my roof garden now a days, when rainy season is coming to an end and the air is getting cooler in the morning and the season is changing. I sometimes notice colorful butterflies sitting on my plants and some squirrels making round of different plants in their own gusto. It is wonderful feeling to see butterflies, which are not seen in Metros due to so much construction activities and lack of greenery. Butterflies reminds me of my childhood days, when we would go to garden and would see lots of butterflies and would try our best to catch a few. At that time we were so innocent that we did not that catching butterflies could harm them and even kill them. dpk PS - Hope you are enjoying your every day to the hilt. Keep enjoying.

I have been on leave this week. Just relaxing at home. Something I have not done for a very long time. And though I do not get a chance to enjoy nature as we live in a concrete jungle I do sit with my morning tea on my window and enjoy the sunrise. And sometimes do get to watch a few birds that come and sit on my window. My leave is getting over tomorrow and I shall be back to work and the daily routine from Monday
