Do you always buy/make the same cookies, or do you venture out and try new kinds

Ok, last week we went out shopping and on an impulse I went down the cookie aisle, looking for something for my sons lunch for school and came across a bunch of new cookies. I dont normally go for cookies myself but they are a nice treat once in a while.
They are best when they are made, and hot and fresh...however when you are in a having a box of cookies is a nice treat too --and when you have unexpected company stop by!!
So I came across these cookies there were "Cranberry and orange" cookies (this was at a Target store and was the store brand) ...they were on sale and for some reason sounded good to me ..and they were niblet type cookies, 3 cookies were 90 calories...so I thought hey I could get them, have a healthier snack during the days.
OH MY GOODNESS, they were very good and the box didnt last as long as I thought!!!
Have you come across a new type of cookie that you have tried and thought they were good or bad??

it is a nice treat to have once in a while, I definitely keep cookies in the house for the kids...usually oreos or chocolate chip, thank goodness it isnt something that I have to have or else my diet would be ruined all the time!!!

I often buy cookies that are on sale or that my boyfriend likes. He doesnt like peanut butter cookies so I ahvent had those in a long time. If we break up I am going to go buy some peanut butter cookies as soon as possible. I just think that there are lots of good cookies out there and many varieties to try.

I venture into different kinds of cookies.chocolate cookies top my list, but I also venture into other flavors.I eat cookies with strawberry, butter, and peanut butter fillings.I venture into other kinds so I won't get sick of chocolate cookies.I can always go back to chocolate cookies once I get sick of trying other cookie variants.

I usually make all my cookies, I very rarely will buy store bought cookies. When I make cookies I am always looking for new recipes or variety on what I already make.
I try to once a week make a couple batches of cookies as well as muffins and breads

that is great, I have to say that would be very bad in my house... we have snacks for the kids but try to keep them to a limit and if we were to make something every week --oh boy I would excercise 3x as much as I do now!!!
we tend to bake cookies in the winter time, as a treat but not to often.

I love my cookies! I usually buy the same kinds each time. Once in a while I will try something new. I also like to try baking different kinds of cookies around the holidays. I did try one new recipe a few years ago that was a flop. Nobody liked them. I think they had almond extract in them but they were terrible.

I'm afraid I'm not very adventerous when it comes to trying out new flavors of cookies.
I love them, I think they're one of the best foods available today, but each time I head out to buy them, I end up buying the same flavours.
The best part about cookies is the smell - when they are freshly baked...totally irresistible.
