I've noticed. They redid all the floors in the High School. To keep the floors nice, they've put what looks like blue tennis balls on the bottom of all the chairs, tables, desks, etc, anything that could scratch or mark the floors that have legs. I like it, I think it's a great idea. Not only do I work at this school district when they call me, but I also am a tax payer here. So what differences are there at your job that you've noticed? Are you a taxpayer? Have you noticed ways in which your community is trying to cut down on taxes? Have you seen changes in your local schools?

Good idea to save the floors. They aren't cheap to replace. Yes, I am a taxpayer. We live in an unincorporated part of the city. I haven't been in our schools in years and years since our kids are older and graduated several years ago. Am not working any longer. Retired in July and not doing much except taking care of our youngest grandbaby when needed. It's my grandma job..lol

They look really nice, the new floors and the new tennisball type protectors, I hope they help keep the floors for a long, long time. Now they need to figure out how to protect the floors from salt and sand when the ice and snow seasons are here.

When I think of tennis ball protectors I think of walkers used by the older population. They do save the floors and make movement easier.

Yeah, that's it. They look just like those. Thanks and take care.
