Metro Manila is soaked with flood, please help us to pray to stop the rain

I am asking you my friendly mylotters to please help me pray to stop the rain here in our city. Today , in Metro Manila Philippines is experiencing typhoon called ONdoy. The rain is non stop. All people inside and outside their houses are affected. Vehicles are trapped on flood, there are many people stranded on the street. Everywhere you can see high floods. I was praying eversince the rain began until now it seems God is not listening to me. I know every Filipino now is calling him, but he is not listening now. I am asking your help to please pray for us.Please pray for the rain to stop. I am really crying right now while typing this discussion, I am very severely affected of what is happening outside. The students they can't figure out how to survived on flood. There is this one person got buried on his car, he was trapped inside he can't go out because the water is so strong. His car was soaked on water too, no one can help him because everyone is trapped on the side of the road. I stop looking at him, i don't know what happen now. Please help me to pray.

Hello friend,
Same here in our area,last night due to heavy rains two cars collided here along C5 road,my son was able to help the injured lady.
And this morning,i can see waters all around our area,come to think of it,we live along the highway but still we are not being spared from flood in the city.
So,i was thinking how much more waters now from nearby places where drainage and sewerage were blocked with trash and grabage.
I just hope people will learn our lessons,this is where the saying really fits to all Filipinos ..."ANG BASURANG ITINAPON MO,BABALIK AT BABALIK SA IYO" (the trash you thrown will surely comes back unto you)

You are right, I think its pay back time with nature. I am just afraid of what people will come to suffer the consequences, and I have to figure out how can i go home later. Hope everyone of us will still survive this natural disaster. I am proud of your son.

ohhh...u mean you at work now my friend?
I wish rain will stop soon so you can go home safely and with the other kababayan who were trapped everywhere.
It is too dark also,and power come and gone.
Take care my friend and be alert wherever you are.If possible put load into your mobile now enough for you to make calls in case of emergency for some stores were closed now.

The floods already gone. Did you see on the news? Metro Manila became a very big ocean.

It's made the news headlines in the UK. Looks really bad with deep fast flowing water in the streets. I hope that it's got a bit better now.

There's no large flood here but unfortunately it hasn't stop raining this morning. the poor guy trapped inside the car. i think it's best for him to stay there until he'd be rescued. the Government should have suspended all activities including office works. definitely they should have declare suspension earlier Yesterday
