I have to spend two years in Australia, and the cold weather here is killing me. The erthritis in my ankle gives me pain daily, sometimes severe. I can't wait until my two years are up and I can return to Thailand, where I swim nearly twelve months a year. Swimming is great for my painful bones, and I am looking forward to getting back to hot weather. Do you like warm/hot weather where you can swim all year?

mipen2006 (2452) | 4 months ago | Hello buping, I don't know whether you would want to swim too much in China, but on the Eastern Seaboard of Thailand, you can for at least ten months a year. Swimming is an excellent way to keep fit, and relax your mind. I'm looking forward to returning to Thailand, when I finish in Australia.

When I started on the pension in Dec. 2008, or when I returned to Australia in June 2009, after returning to Thailand for three months. I fear it'll be June this year. most of us swim in summber, in cold days, some people take winter-swimming to train themselves, i have some experience before. But in water around zero temperature, we only could swim for a few minutes. So constant temprature swimming pool is a better choice for us.

If I'm injured from running, I'll go swimming instead. But to burn more calories and actually get in better shape, I'll go running generally.
