I never knew these things can affect us this way, thanks for the information, its been a while and wow just the thought hurts, that is a pain I wont wish on my worst enemy (hmmm) lol no I wont lol, but when I felt this the other day I was so scared I am so happy moving my leg made the pain disappear, when this use to happen to me I use to cry, your good my friend walking was something I refuse to do,I just lay there in agony until it goes away.

Well this is easy because I love bananas and drinking water is something I do as well, I think for some reason it was the position I was in, I am glad this does not happen often don't think I can deal with it like I did wen I was younger the pain is too much for me, I saw a video on youtube where people do this on purpose just for the fun of it, could you imagine.

Oh this is good to know, it does no happen often to me either, but the other day took me back in time, not a good place to be I don't like this at all, I actually try not to stretch when I am laying in a certain position out of fear of this happening to me, thats how bad it use to be.

This is when it happens to me, always after I stretch, always when laying down as well it use to be so bad I programed my mind never to stretch when I am in a certain position like laying on my stomach this is how I sleep, but if I need to stretch I will change positions immediately lol, don't remember how long this last but its too long for me lol

Not sure I should have used the word cramp, I know its a pulled muscle so maybe cramp should not have been used lol one thing I do know is this really hurts thanks for this info my friend, I eat bananas all the time guess this why it does not happen often, thank goodness, really good information you shared,

i cannot distinguish the 2 lol..anyway, both are painful and my mother is also complaining about it especially during cold times...i guess it's a sign of aging

the best is to move around regularly and stretch those muscles and joints

A cramp is something you can take a pill for like women do when they have their monthly a spasm is more painful and you have to ride it out until the pain subsides you can try to massage the muscle but hmmmm, just touching it when you are going through this is painful itself.

Poor hubby, I know the feeling and its true you can't speak the pain renders you speechless, I hate when this happens to me, I knew it was coming the other day so I changed my position real quick, just the thought scared me so bad lol, I know the feeling my friend not a good thing, I am sure the tow of you got a real kick out of that

LMAOOO, i know what you mean its ben so long since this happened to me so when I felt that little pain I moved real fast and it went away whew, I hate this, it leaves you stuck lol I don't want this to happen to me ever again, I googled a question about this and saw a video on youtube with these young kids that actually make this happen could you imagine I don't know, some people have no common sense.
