Is there anyway to have two IP address but with a same DSL connection?  |

 Maybe my topic is a little confusing, but is it possible that if you have one DSL connection, which connected to a router. You have two PCs, one is laptop, another one is desktop. Is there anyway you can have two IP address for two different computers but with the same DSL connection?
So, when both computers are online, both have different IP address?

after downloading visit link

and copy all the proxy address and past in notepad and save it..
now open elite proxy switcher,click on file menu,load list(Ctrl+O)
and load that text file you saved which has all the proxy address.
after you load you should find lots of ip address's in main window..
click on test menu and click all,this will test for active proxy ip's in that list. after you find live proxy ip, just right click on that ip and select set as current active proxy.
now open internet explorer and visit whatismyip.com to check your new ip address..

You should be able to have two IP addresses as long as you have 2 different computers. I know there are many sites on the web where you can download IP address changers but I'm not sure if you can do it on the same connection for sure. | |

| 4. cmdr001 (300) | 3 months ago |  Well, if you are hoping to use your internet connection normally while having said different IPs, you can forget that. The ISP will only address you one public IP (that will be the one on your router, that both machines will use), so, the only other alternatives are either to use a proxy (which will only help you when it comes to visiting web sites and so) or by using a VPN to connect to someone else's computer and using their connection, effectively using their IP instead of yours.
However the question here is, why do you want the two different IPs? Knowing the objective helps establish a potential solution, although it seems odd from the start that you find the need to be doing something like this.

One IP address is for the router and the other is connected to our webserver which is connected via a switch hub to the DSL modem. So it is possible if your ISP provider gives you more that one Ip addressess. | |

| 6. rdsantos (182) | 2 months ago |  actually this is possible, the router you have decides what ip address it will give you,its called DYNAMIC IP addressing, wherein your isp provides you with 1 or more ip address put it in the router and configure it to provide ip address to whoever connects to it. while STATIC IP addressing is one public ip address provided by your isp and only one can use it.but on large company's they have a specialized router wherein it will supply hundreds of IP address to its workstations even if they only have one IP address.it might be difficult to understand so please bear with me.most home users are configured to have dynamic ip addresing,thats the reason why everytime you connect to the internet your ip changes.
