almost everyday i drink soda,i just couldn't avoid it, it's like a water to me. i drink any kind of soft drinks whenever i wanted to. i know there is a negative effect taking too much sodas in our body, i just wanna know what is it and what are the symptoms?.

wow that really scared me. i didn't know that you can get this kind of things just because you drink too much soda. getting Osteoporosis does that include like when you move your bones it tends to click something like that?. coz it happens to me almost everyday like every bone in my body. is there any cure to that? i really appreciate this info you've given me.

i agree with our friend here. i also have my blog and i started a topic about PTC,PTP,PTR and put my links there. also you can promote your blog or the particular link about your ptc in traffic exchange sites. it's a great way also in promoting sites or blogs when you have a traffic exchange since it will viewable world wide or depends how you target your viewers.
