grocery store

I like big stores to do my shopping as that way there should be everything in that store that i need rather than having to go some where else as they do not have all that i want.I also find the bigger the store the more choice you have as well as the items cost alot less.

There's a chain near my parents house that I absolutely love. It's huge with every brand you could think of, and tons of great deals! The produce and deli products are always incredibly fresh, which is a big deal to me. You can find any fruit or vegetable or cut of meat, and at a good cost. I always make sure to go on a shopping trip when I go visit mom and dad, even if it's just to buy a few things, because I love that grocery store so much!

We are suppose to be getting a Wegmans in January 2011. I can't wait. The closest one to us is 26 miles away.

Right now I shop at Redners, they are based out of PA.

I love Wegman's! I wish there was a Wegman's in Florida. Since we don't have one here, my favorite grocery store is Publix. They have better quality meats and produce compared to the other grocery stores around here. My daughter loves going there too because they always give her a balloon, a coloring book, and crayons every time we shop there. She also loves getting her free cookie in the bakery.

well, we mostly shop at Walmart, because of the prices, but if I want something special, then we either go to Whole Foods or HEB (HEB is much less expensive than Whole Foods and has more selection than Walmart)

I've been all over the USA, and have experienced a lot of shopping sprees at stores that greatly differ from each other. The most common are Whole Foods and Henry's. I think this is so because I'm vegan and they carry a lot of vegan friendly products that are clearly marked.

But as a vegan, I can't just shop at one location, else I wouldn't be able to purchase all my necessary food groups.

I go to Right Aide to get my candy bars, Cost Co to get my bulk Vegitarian Egg rolls, China Town markets to get my fake shrimp, chicken, and duck, and I also go to Farmer's Markets to get my cheap veggies.

All these places offer a wide range in diverse products, but it would be nice to get all I needed in one stop.

Currently, I live in New York City, so many of my shops are right around the corner, or within a stop or two from where I live. Luckily I don't have to drive 45 minutes like some folks to visit their local shopping center to purchase their goods.

Though, if I wanted to visit WalMart, I'd have to go outside the state over to New Jersey to get the great prices WalMart (supposedly) guarantees.

Hi Snowy, I too love wegmans. They have many items you can not find at any other grocery store! It is truly a shopping experience there. I love the many unique items I can find there like the many different cheeses for different countries as well as all their freshly made items. It is a little more pricey than the ordinary grocery store but you can't beat the deals you get there.
