Hello I posted this topic because I am about now to see good night cause I am going to sleep already. Whatever this time equivalent in your time this is my earliest time to go to bed, and when I wake up the least is 4 am...How about you friends, normally what time will you rest at night and wake up the next day...? Can you share with us here? Good night hear you tomorrow again...Good night....

I am ready to go earlier but I get up a lot during the night to go to the bathroom, and the earlier I go to bed the more times I get up. I usually get up around 7 in the morning, I don't work, but I get up and exercise etc. After I am up a couple of hours I am ready for a nap. I sleep in on the weekends and I love it. I like to sleep and usually don't have any problems, except like I said the bathroom issue. Some days I take a couple of naps, I get tired very easily. Sleep is more important to me than food, if I have to pick I'd pick sleep. I still don't lose weight though, so I make up for not eating.

7. rahulrocks123 (133) | 2 months ago | sleeping...? i usually sleep around 12 am at midnight but i prefer sleeping at 1 am but my mom doesn't allow me to do so...and i usually wake up at 8 am and just get all things like nature calls and shower worked up..! and then i just rush to work this is how my life works!
