14 months ago I bougt a very expensive leather living room set it came with a couch, chair for 2, a love seat, and 3 end tables. My husband believes in buying the best and getting what u like so we bought it. Waited 7 weeks to get it. Well when it arived it was beautiful
I loved it. Then about 4 months after I noticed on the chair for two one of the arms was loose. I called they came out to fix it. I watched the guy put screws in to hold it tight, I noticed little pieces of wood falling out but when he was done it was tight. I picked the wood pieces up they were soft and dry I threw them away. Anyway 8 months later the seat for two is worse than ever , and the love seat is even worse,
it's so loose my throw pillows get lost between the arm and sitting area. Well I called and I have no warranty my year is just up, I told them the chair they fixed was broke in the same place, but there was nothing they could do. Also my sets frame inside is metal, now my lg. Couch that has recliners on both ends is bent the metal isn't thick and very easy bent ... So be warned choose your furniture carefully make sure it's made I'd hard wood, thick medal especally the feet part that sits on the floor if it's metal make sure ite thick and will not bend.

I think that's definitely some good advice. Doesn't seem like the furniture your purchased was made in very good quality, I'd definitely be wondering if all their furniture was like that, and I'd wonder if the same set of furniture you got was made with any better materials. I know you can't do anything about it now, but I wish you could. Now your SOL on furniture right?

dasiejanie hi that is so sad to pay so much and expect
excellent quality then have it start to fall apart. I guess
a person should go over all the pieces you want to get with
a fine toothed comb. I suppose since the warranty was up
they would not make good on the love seat and the couch.
that is a shame for sure. Its good that you are warning others
to check out the furniture carefully before buying it.
