I don't really like eating onions because of its pungent taste. But I have some friends way back then who like eating fresh onions, and salad with much onions. But there are lots of benefits eating onions as the saying goes "an onion a day keeps a stomach cancer away," aside from that onion could help maintain healthy bones just like milk, it boost our immune system, it's good treatment for anemia because it contain high in iron and a lot more healthy benefits.

And still onions is better to be taken with moderation despite all the healthy benefits we can get. You're right by avoiding too much eating of it.

4. XiaoLin (138) | 1 month ago | I don't like raw onions, and its smell bothrs me a lot, especially if it is my partner whe ate it... Cooked, well, they are ok, even if I can't say I'm a fan of it. As a matter of fact, some time ago I discovered I can't eat it becaus I am allegretic to nickel and onions have nickel inside. I was kind of happy at the beginning since I don't like it, but after I realized I use onions to cook, even if I don't eat them directly. After I read it's ok to use some for cooking, I only should avoid eating too much of it. Now I am relieved.:o)

I also like Onion Rings. Generally, I do like onions but I try to lessen my onion intake because of the smell it leaves in the mouth. lol.:)

I like to eat onion,especially when it cooked with omelette. That is my favourite dishes.
This morning, I just ate onions. I made potato pancakes and added some big onions into the pancakes.It taste yummy,Even my boy like to eat those pancakes.
I like to add onions in my cooking,it will make the dishes taste more aromatic. Every week,I sure will cook some dishes using big onions as one of the ingredients.
