I'm trying to research Anita Dunn, can anyone answer this question?

I saw a video yesterday where she was exhibiting some very strange physical behavior. I've seen suggestions that she has a disease that causes tongue thrusting and lip smacking and also that Thorazine has those side effects, as well as cocaine usage.
I'm NOT implying anything here, I'm curious as to what could cause that behavior. In a recent interview with the networks she displayed none of that behavior, which leads me to believe whatever she has called for a medication change. Does anyone know if she has a condition that would cause these symptoms?

I noticed that too. It was difficult to watch her. Seems almost like a sort of tic.
My thinking is maybe something neurological is going on because I didn't get the impression it was done out of habit.
I remember when Edwards used to do that tongue thing, but he stopped. Which makes me wonder if he went through some kind of therapy to help him stop.
