Times when we loose faith..

This is the time when you need to hold on to your faith even more. Remember, if the Lord brings you to it, He will see you through it. Yes, you feel like you are at the end of your rope and can't seem to climb back up, but you will. I have found that the best way to get through times that are hard is to stop, ask for guidance and assistance, and then, listen and allow God to guide you.
Look at your problems on an individual basis, not as a whole.Which ones can you personally work on? What can you do to work on them? For example, you can study more to improve your grades, but you cannot personally fix your mother's health, you can only support her by being there. Solution possibility, study while you visit or sit with her.
The truth is, we all go through rough times when nothing seems to go right, but we make it through. For me, making it through means that I hold onto my faith and do my best. I don't always have the outcome I wanted or even expected, but things always seem to work out for the best.

Hi breinchem, I am very sorry for the trouble that you are experiencing right now and I hope that things will turn around soon. I may not be the best to give you advice on your faith but I've had some experiences that have meant something to me. I would suggest that you get very quiet and listen. I have found peace and encouragement to carry on at times of crisis by just being alone yet knowing that I was not alone.I don't know about your faith or beliefs but know that everything will be okay. Yes, I think I can help you. Or at least, I am interested to try. I had a time period like the one you describe and it lasted almost TEN YEARS. I am not joking. I really had a "crisis of faith" when it came to my child having autism and what I went through. So I do know what you mean. I would say this: don't waste as many years of your life being sad as I did. Life is a gift and if I could go back in time I would try to be happier during that dreadful time. Do small things in the middle of this time that can make you happy. I don't care if it is as small as going to the beach or whatever you enjoy. Don't worry. Even if everything is falling apart just focus on the one thing however small that is going right and be greatful for it. Gratitude is everything in life. Life is not fair but God IS fair. I'm so sorry to hear you're having such a hard time. Life's kind of like that sometimes - three or four different things hit at once, and it knocks you for six!

Practical advice I would give is, speak to your school, tell them about the difficulties you're experiencing and see if they can arrange to put off your payment, or for you to make it in installments. I know this can be nerve wracking, but if you don't ask, you don't get! Also, speak to your tutor, who'll be able to point you in the direction of some study aids, and might also be able to help you identify and overcome your weak areas (everybody has them!).

As for your Mum being in hospital, I hope it isn't anything too serious, and that she recovers well, it must be really worrying for you. But she will want you to do well, so although you should visit her to brighten up her day, she will understand, I'm sure, that you have to spend some time studying as well.

But most of all, ask for help. Sometimes we can be really bad at trying to tackle things all on our own, but if you ask for help, someone will answer, honest!

when i lose my faith i usually try to pray with my mother, because we can collaborate our pray to got, and a feel very realize when i finished to pray, my mother always give me good suggention and always remember me to pray with short massage when i go out=)

first i want to say i am sorry about all of your problems. there has been times where i have felt that way but then i would remind myself that when it feel like i have hit rock bottom or it seem like everything is going wrong at once and there don't seem to be any hope, i just keep telling myself if this is rock bottom then the only way to go is up. i also try to remember that storms don't last always and no matter how much i get knocked down i know that God will see me through. it may not seem like it but he is always on time, nor will he leave you nor forsake you. i do want to share this with you, this has helped me continue on when everything around me seem to go wrong. about a year ago a family member of mine who was only 14 got raped and it messed the family up, we didn't understand why God would let something like this happen to a child. my cousin, her mother, was talking to the Lord asking him why and saying how faithful she was, and she went to her mother and told her that even though this horrible thing has happen to her she still beleive that God will have it so something good will come out of it. that really touched me because here was a child that had to face such an tragic event still talking about having faith in God. this has helped me ever since. i hope it helps you in some way. i would pray more and read the bible more to help build my faith. i'll be praying for you and your situations. hi breinchem, it is the time you should be more stronger, not lose your faith. everyone has his rough time in his life. no one would be smooth in his life. it is the rough time that make you be mature and be strong. do not lose your faith, but bring back your faith, do what you should do. everything will be fine.:)

I am sorry my friend, you are going through a pretty nasty time now... i know it sometimes gets very hard and we tend to loose faith, but hey don't ever loose your faith, this time shall pass, this is like a test, a test put upon your beliefs and a test for your patience as well, i know it is hard but finally you will still be the winner if you keep your faith, it is a test were failing is pretty easy but to win, you will only realize that after your bad time is over, keep faith my dear friend and in time everything shall get back to good, your faith in God will save you... hope the dawn breaks soon and everything will be fine, just trust in Him and pray with all your heart... all our best wishes for you, God bless!

Don't lose faith. It's what keeps you going. When you feel like everything is falling apart, hold on tighter. It can be that you are being tested. And besides, He wont give you anything that you cannot handle. just believe that everything is going to be alright and that you'll get by. At the end of the day, what is important is that you tried.:)
